Goetz Grossmann, Chief Financial Officer
Goetz has served as a financial consultant to the film and media industry for years, with a focus on advising leading film production and distribution companies on deal structuring, fundraising and corporate advisory work.
A recognized expert on film slate and distribution deals, Goetz has worked on setting up a midsize film fund for which he created the structure and managed the offering process. On single film projects he advises on project finance, talent, foreign sales and distribution deal terms and representation.
He has consulted with numerous institutional and private investors considering film and media investments. Grossmann’s advisory work includes investment strategy, library and asset valuation, financial projections, deal structuring and negotiations, risk assessment with a focus on capital protection, management evaluation and industry trends.
Goetz has also been a consultant for various film production companies in need of structuring capital offerings and financing needs.
He previously served as Chief Financial Officer and as such helped build Hart Sharp Video into a successful home entertainment company
Goetz holds a Juris Doctorate from Munich University, an MA from The New School and an MBA from Columbia Business School.

Craig Bromberg, Vice President of Finance
Craig is responsible for overseeing investor relations, distribution partner relations, accounting, business support, financial planning and analysis, treasury and tax functions and serves as advisor to CEO Danny Fisher.
Before joining the FilmRise team he worked for Cinedigm Entertainment, where he was its Senior Manager of Financial Planning & Analysis.
He also held senior financial roles at Colgate-Palmolive and Euro RSCG.
Craig has an MBA in Finance from Baruch’s Zicklin School of Business and a BS in Communications from Ithaca College.
Christian Dietrich, Royalties Manager
Christian joined FilmRise in May of 2016.
Originally from Berlin, Germany, Christian came to the U.S. three years ago to attend Fairleigh Dickinson University, from which he graduated with a B.S. in Business Administration.
As part of the FilmRise financial department, Christian is responsible for day-to-day accounting and reporting. He also assists with financial planning and analysis.
Originally Christian planned to play soccer professionally, and was offered an athletic scholarship in Germany; however, he chose to go to school in America instead.
