Forensic Files – Season 14 Ep 1 “Purebread Murder”

Peter Thomas narrates this episode of the world’s longest-running and most successful true crime TV series, “Forensic Files.”   Terrified, the young girl hid in her bedroom while her mother was attacked and stabbed to death. The day was May 12, 1994, when Crystal Perry was viciously murdered in her home in Bridgton, Maine. Investigators had a wealth of evidence: shoe impressions, distinctive blood drops, and the killer’s DNA. What they didn’t have was a basis for comparison. Nevertheless, eventually Michael Hutchinson, 32, was found guilty of murder in the 1994 slaying at Perry’s home.
